You can return or exchange items for free within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in unused condition, with original tags, and the packaging intact. For multiple item exchanges, kindly submit a separate request for each item, indicating your preferred size and color.If you need to return an item for the second time from the same order, a nominal courier charge will apply.
Please note for refund of COD orders you'll receive Gift Card matching the refund amount, credited to your Sadda Fashion account for future use.
After 14 days, we, unfortunately, can't process exchanges or returns for any reason. We appreciate your attention to detail when selecting sizes and colors during your initial exchange, as we do not offer secondary exchange options.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you expected, initiate an exchange request directly on our website.
Quick heads-up: If you bought a combo and decide to return just one item from it, your refund will match the price of that item, not the combo deal.
For example, let's say you got 2 palazzo pants for Rs. 1000, and one's priced at Rs. 599. If you return that one, you'll get Rs. 400 back (1000 - 599).

If you're exchanging for something else, you have the flexibility to choose an alternative product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item costs less, the difference will be promptly refunded to your bank account within 14 working days from the receipt of the parcel in our warehouse.
