Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours from the time of purchase (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking information through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are usually delivered within 6–8 working days, depending on the destination and courier service availability. Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues may occur, though we always strive to ensure timely delivery.
Return & Exchange Shipping Charges

Kindly note that any second-time return or exchange for the same order will attract additional shipping charges as applicable.
Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your order status shows “Delivered” and you have got a message from Sadda Fashion or courier partner that order has been delivered but you have not received the parcel, it is important to notify us immediately via email or Whatsapp.
Such concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery message. No request raised after 24 hours will be entertained.
This is essential for us to verify the delivery update with the courier partner.
