Here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange policy.

Free Returns & Exchanges

  • Available within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

One-Time Exchange

  • We offer one exchange per order.
  • Kindly choose the right size and color, as we don’t accept further exchanges or returns on exchanged items.

After 14 Days

  • Returns or exchanges aren’t accepted after 14 days.

Received a Wrong or Damaged Item?

  • Incase of such unlikely event, here’s what to do:

    🔁 Raise a return or exchange request on our website within 14 days of delivery.

Combo/Discounted Items

  • If returning part of a combo, refund is based on the original price of the item.

  • Your discount may change depending on how many items you decide to keep.

Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method in 3–7 days after pickup.
  • COD Orders: Refund link sent via email/SMS within 24 hours of pickup.

💡 Friendly Tip:
Banks usually send SMS alerts only for refunds above ₹5,000. For smaller amounts, please check your bank or card statement.

🛑 Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

  • You can cancel your order via the “View Order” button in your confirmation message or by contacting us directly.

After Shipping

  • Once shipped, orders can’t be cancelled — but you can return or exchange them after delivery.

Cancellation Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.
